Communication for Collaboration
Communication is critical in establishing person-centered care and opportunities for effective collaboration among healthcare professionals, patients and families. Communication goes beyond the words we use and includes how we convey ideas and emotion, particularly during challenging conversations. This course provides health professional trainees the opportunity to develop skills to support and collaborate with patient and families during challenging conversations.
